Chef’s Table

 

We invite you to our Chef’s Table, a private dining experience customized just for you and your friends, at which Chef Ed Matthews presents a multi-course tasting menu paired (or not, as you choose) with wines.

 

For our Chef’s Table, we have dedicated the intimate and romantic Arabian Nights tented table (seats 4-6) and the cozy bar table in our charming back bar (seats 6-8) for chef’s tastings.

 

When you book a tasting, Chef Ed Matthews will talk with you about food preferences, dietary restrictions, wine, and budget and then devise a menu just for you.

 

We’ve done tastings from money-is-no-object to 9-course vegan, and everything in between. We’ll develop a menu for you based on our discussions, what is available at the farmers market before your dinner, and whatever surprises we have concocted just for you.

As much as possible (but only if you want) given how busy the dining room is, the chef or sous chef will present the dishes at your table, giving you a chance to discuss what you’re eating.
