The Dinner Menu
Changes Daily At One
Block West, we aim to bring you the finest and freshest local and seasonal
ingredients in a menu that will tempt and please you. Our dinner menu changes
daily (samples below) according to what is available
in the markets and sometimes it is not set until minutes before we open, but
generally we have a good idea about the dinner menu by Special Needs or
Requests: No Problem! We also
cater very carefully to the needs of those who are on special diets, those
with food allergies, and vegetarians.
We encourage you to call or email in advance of your visit with us to discuss
special needs or desires. Chef’s Table We love to cook what we are feeling at a given moment and we love to design custom menus for customers. We would love to do a menu for you. Read more about arranging a chef’s tasting for your group.
Here is
one menu at random from each of the past twelve months to give you a feel for
how the seasons and menus change. You’ll notice that we always feature
our signature Mini Thai-Inspired Crab Cakes, mussels (because we love them
so), wild mushrooms, crab cakes, and a steak. We almost always have our
wonderful local lamb on the menu, except those periods in February and March
when there just aren’t any market-sized lambs. Beyond that, we reach
out to find the finest seafood and game to fill out the menu. |
